Chicken Barley Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups Water
- 3 tsp Chicken Bouillon
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Chicken, cooked and chopped (can substitute turkey as well)
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- Carrots
- Celery
- 1 bunch Green Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Barley
- Parsley
Instructions
In large saucepan, combine seasonings and wait/stir as they dissolve as water temperature increases. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat, cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until vegetables and barley are tender.
