Chicken on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Molasses
  • 12 oz. Chicken, cut in .5 in strips
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 6 cloves Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ginget

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine ingredient and marinate at room temp. for 30 min. (Although it works marinating it in the refrigerator for longer also) Next put the meat on skewers and bake 20 minutes or grill it until done.
