Baked Fish in Lemon Cream Sauce

Instructions

Cook white rice according to package directions.

Preheat oven to 390 degree F.
Evenly space fish in baking dish.
Place butter, cream, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, and shallots in microwavable bowl. Microwave in 2 30 second bursts, stirring in between. Pour over fish.
Bake for 10-12 Minutes or until fish is just cooked.
Serve fish on cooked white rice, spoon over sauce.
