Using mixer, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add in sugar. When well mixed, add lemon juice and mix in. Stir in 3/4 of bag of chocolate chips. Use parchment paper on cookie sheets. Drop meringue by rounded spoonfuls onto paper. Bake cookies for 20 minutes at 250° then turn off oven and let set 30-40 minutes more. Makes about 40 cookies.
