Mushroom Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 1-2 Tbsp Butter
- 16 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 1/2 yellow onion (large)
- 4 cups veggie stock
- 1 pkg. Wide Egg Noodles
- 2 Tbsp Chicken/Turkey/Poultry Seasoning (Sage, Thyme, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2-3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 parmesean cheese
Instructions
Suatee Mushrooms and Onions in butter until mostly cooked.
Add broth and seasoning, bring to a boil, add noodles, cover with lid, cook until done. Turn off heat, mix in flour.
Mix in sour cream and cheese.
