Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 lb Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 2 8 oz containers Pesto
  • 1/2 Walnuts
  • 1 lb Penne Pasta
  • Parmesean Cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta. Cook onion until translucent, add garlic for a minute, add peppers and tomatoes, add chicken and heat through. Add pesto and mix and then pasta and mix. Top with parmesean
