Preheat oven to 450 Degrees. Cut bell peppers in half and remove seeds. Place peppers face-down on baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Roast on upper shelf for about 30 minutes, until skins have started turning black. Remove peppers from oven, let sit until cool, about 10 min. (Optional: cover or put peppers in plastic bag to loosen skin) Peel peppers when cool. Cut to desired size.
